A method for safely manufacturing high-concentration ozone is characterized by the fact that an ozone generator is cooled by means of the latent heat of evaporation or the sensible heat of liquid oxygen, liquid air, or a liquefied mixture of oxygen and nitrogen, while ozone is generated from these raw materials. |
