Abstract

The report responds to public comments relating to arsenic, beryllium, cadmium, lead, nickel, selenium, silver, vanadium, zinc, and general metals treatment standards; state authorization; and foundry sand, slag, and toxicity characteristics issues. It addresses LDR and the hazardous waste identification rule, underlying hazardous waste constituents, and miscellaneous topics. It also examines the wood preserving wastewater exclusion.
