Abstract
A total of ten albino rabbits, five males and five females were used in this study. All test animals received the same dose level, 2000 mg/kg. The skin of all animals was abraded prior to the application of the undiluted chemical. There were no mortalities during this experiment. The chemical caused erythema, fissuring, and slight desquamation. The acute dermal LDa for G-TBA is greater than 2000 mg/kg.
