Abstract

This report is the second report of the Environmental Impact Statements (EIS) process. It describes existing data for the natural and manmade environments, indicates potential data limitations and addresses the issues of special concern to the EIS study. The focus of the EIS is to identify the sources of water quality degradation, investigate appropriate solutions to these problems, and evaluate the economic and environmental effects of implementing appropriate technologies.
