Abstract
The purpose of the study is to estimate water requirements for water quality control purposes to the year 2020 in the Medicine Lodge River basin which is encompassed in the six-county study area; Kiowa, Pratt, Comanche, and Barber Counties in Kansas, and Woods and Alfalfa Counties in Oklahoma. Estimates are made of the value of benefits attributable to storage and release of water for this purpose in Kiowa and Amber Reservoirs, proposed Federal projects. (Author)
