Abstract
This report summarizes results from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) program review of the Bureau of Air and Radiation (BAR) of the Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE). The program review took place during March and April of 2006. The exit interview was conducted on November 6, 2006.The agenda, attendees, and EPA notes will be located in Attachment F. The Executive Summary is divided into sections, each applying to a major program area and addresses EPAs findings.
