Abstract
This report presents the activities, results, findings, and recommendations of sampling conducted from March through April, 2007 at Vandenberg Air Force Base (AFB) Installation Restoration Program (IRP) Site 15 to investigate the influence of temporal variations (temperature, barometric pressure, and precipitation) on active soil gas sample results. This report was co-authored by Mr. James Elliot, Mr. David Springer, and Dr. Greg Swanson of Tetra Tech and Dr. Blayne Hartman of H&P Mobile Geochemistry. The authors acknowledge the support of the Vandenberg AFB IRP, overseen by Mr. Michael McElligott, who provided access to IRP Site 15 to conduct the testing and provided logistical support during the field sampling activities.
