Abstract
This document contains a checklist to assist Regional Offices, States and local agencies in the planning, compilation, and review of inventories of reactive volatile organic compounds (RVOC) and NOx prepared for use in the 1982 ozone SIPs. The main focus of this document is on point and (nonhighway) area source inventories. This document complements Guidelines for Review of Highway Source Emission Inventories for 1982 State Implementation Plans (EPA-440/12-80-002).
