| Abstract |
This manual was designed to give the operations staff of a user facility a complete picture of the Model State Information System (MSIS). The system overview will present material pertinent to the operation of MSIS programs. A general description of each subsystem is given to give the operator information on the basic functions of the subsystem as a whole. Complete descriptions of each of the program modules are arranged to state the functions of the program, its inputs, processing options, if any, and outputs with the exhibit numbers for reports.
