| Abstract |
The Round 2 SRF review of Montana identified the following major issues: NPDES enforcement responses were not taken in a timely manner and did not consistently follow the states enforcement response guide. 2 of the 5 NPDES penalty actions did not include evidence the penalties were collected. The 2 penalty actions were either dismissed or suspended. |
