| Abstract |
This draft Environmental Impact Statement addresses proposed wastewater facilities for the Mill Creek Area of southwest Jefferson County, Kentucky. At issue in the Mill Creek Area EIS is the need for EPA to provide Federal funds for sewer service to residential areas currently served by individual on-lot systems and the provision of sewer service to the Louisville-Jefferson County Riverport Industrial Park. This volume discusses the hydrogeologic conditions, and the groundwater investigations (phases 1 and 2). |
