| Abstract |
The action of solutions with different contents of vanadium on the development and on the production of lactic acid of cultures of lactobacillus acidophilus and streptococcus lactis was investigated by the authors. The authors have established that there are no differences between the culture and the controls except for a relative bacteriostatic action but only with very high doses of vanadium. |
