| Abstract | The notice announces EPA's intention to transfer to the California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA) certain confidential business information (CBI) submitted to EPA by pesticide registrants under Section 3 of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act, as amended (FIFRA). Specifically, EPA will provide California with a list, on computer magnetic tape, or registration numbers and inert ingredients for pesticide products registered under FIFRA which are also registered by California for use within that State. |
