Abstract

The PR Notice applies to all persons who respond via mail, commercial delivery, or personal visit to requriements imposed by OPP in connection with, but not limited to, the granting or maintaining of registrations, experimental use permits, tolerances, responding to a data call-in notice and reregistration, or related approvals under certain provisions of FIFRA and FFDCA. It also applies to those transmitting information over facsimile machines. The notice replaces PR Notice 89-1 (PB96-193123), dated March 9, 1989.
