Abstract
The fiscal year 1971 budget of the Center was $325,261. The Center financed 17 research projects involving 15 faculty members. These research projects were concerned with: watershed hydrographs, water quality control economics, computer programs in hydrology, water resources administration, eutrophication in Lake Superior, phosphorus and lake pollution, overfertilization of surface waters, mist irrigation, soil water movement, participatory ecology, Mississippi river ecology, area financing of water resources development, perception of water resources problems, adoption of industry of water pollution control measures, and attitudes towards water resources.
