Abstract
Section 112(g) of the Clean Air Act ('the ACT'), as amended in 1990, requires control technology determinations for modifications to plant sites that are major sources of hazardous air pollutants (HAP). A modification is defined in section 112(a) of the Act, as a physical change or change in the method of operation that causes an emission increase above de minimis levels. This report provides supporting information for the de minimis emission rates, cited in the section 112(g) proposed rule.
