Abstract
This document is EPA's report to the state indicating where control regulations for stationary fuel combustion sources can be revised without interfering with attainment and maintenance of the national ambient air quality standards. The changes would make it possible to alter fuel resource allocations to provide clean fuel savings in a manner consistent with environmental and national energy needs.
