Abstract

This document supersedes Interim Guideline OAQPS 1.2-005A (Revised) entitled Revisions to State Implementation Plans--Procedures for Approval/Disapproval Actions (April, 1975) to implement this policy, which was announced in a July 22, 1975, OAWM/OE memorandum to the Regional Administrators. This Guideline also supersedes OE Guideline S-5 entitled Procedures for Review and Approval of Compliance Schedules Pursuant to S 51.6 to the extent that 1.2-005A and S-5 conflict.
