Abstract |
Hydraulic and water quality models deal with the representation of rivers and estuaries and their behavior under varying conditions of flow and input quality. The purpose of the paper is to review the basic equations involved in modeling hydraulic and water systems. A general method of model construction will be presented. In this way, a prospective user will have access to tools which may have previously been unapproachable. |
