Abstract
The model can be used to predict carbon monoxide concentrations near highways and arterial streets given traffic emissions, site geometry and meteorology. It has adjustments for averaging time and surface roughness, and can handle up to 20 links and 20 receptors. Caline 3 is the preferred model for use when refined analyses are required as described in Section 6.2.2 of the Guideline on Air Qualiy Models' (Revised).
