Abstract
This is a high performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) method applicable to the determination of selected pesticides in municipal and industrial discharges as provided under 40CFR 136.1. A sample is solvent extracted with methylene chloride using a separatory funnel. The extract is exchanged to methanol or acetonitrile during concentration. HPLC conditions are described which permit measurement with an ultraviolet detector. A total of 21 pesticides are included in the method scope.
