Abstract |
This Strategic Plan maintains the five goals that were first described in the 2003-2008 Plan and discusses important new challenges and opportunities that are likely to arise in the coming years. The 2006-2011 Plan better expresses the results of our work and more clearly identifies the environmental and human health outcomes the public can expect. The Plan also expands upon some of our more significant geographic initiatives and reflects increased collaboration with our state, tribal, local, and federal partners. Goals of the 2006-2011 Strategic Plan: Clean Air and Global Climate Change; Clean and Safe Water; Land Preservation and Restoration; Healthy Communities and Ecosystems; Compliance and Environmental Stewardship. Cross-Goal Strategies: Results and Accountability; Innovation and Collaboration; Best Available Science. |
