| Abstract |
The Record of Decision (ROD) documents the selection of a remedial action for the Batavia Landfill Site. The selected remedy pertains to the last of two operable units for the Site. On March 31, 1993, EPA signed a ROD (PB94-963831) selecting a first operable unit interim remedy for the Site that consists of extending the local municipal water supply line to residences adjacent to the Batavia Landfill (the Landfill). This operable unit addresses the entire Site. |
