Abstract
This document addresses significant change to the Groundwater and Sediments Remedy described in the Final Remedial Action of Groundwater and Sediments Operable Unit, Teledyne Wah Chang Albany, June 10, 1994. In the development of that document, Teledyne petitioned EPA to make the modifications to the parimeter containment requirements of the groundwater ROD (described in Section 5). The rationale for the perimeter changes is based on groundwater data collected subsequent to the RI/FS. The additional changes are the logical outgrowth of translating ROD requirements into an implementable Scope of Work based on the newly available data.
