| Abstract | The decision document presents the selected final remedial action for Landfill No. 2 (B Street Landfill, LF-02) at Mountain Home Air Force Base in Mountain Home, Idaho. USAF, EPA, and IDHW have determined that no remedial action is necessary under CERCLA at the B Street Landfill to ensure protection of human health and the environment. This decision is based on the results of the Remedial Investigation (RI) and baseline human health risk assessment and ecological evaluation. The risk assessment determined that hazardous substances remaining in the soil pose no unacceptable risks to human health remaining in the soil pose no unacceptable risks to human health or the environment under current and probable future use scenarios. |
