| Abstract | The Record of Decision (ROD) presents the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) selected Remedial Action (RA) for the Beulah Landfill Site. The Baseline Risk Assessment and the comparison of exposure concentrations to chemical-specific standards indicates that there is no unacceptable risk to human health or the environment at the Site. Therefore, no action is necessary to ensure the protection of human health or this environment. |
