Abstract
The plan establishes the framework for a Baywide long-term resources monitoring program to document the current status of living resources and their habitats in the Chesapeake Bay, track the abundance and distribution of living resources and the quality of their habitats over time, and examine correlations and relationships between water quality, habitat quality, and the abundance, distribution and integrity of living resources populations.
