Abstract |
The document summarizes the rules and regulations found in State Implementation Plans (SIP) submitted in response to the 1970 Clean Air Act. Final SIP's were submitted by all 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, and the Virgin Islands. Whenever both state regulations were extracted and put in the summary table, with footnotes indicating the local regulations. The regulations cover particulate and gaseous emissions. The particulate emission regulations refer to: Fuel burning; Incineration; General process sources; Visible emissions, and Sulfuric acid plants.
