Abstract
The Clean Air Act Amendments of 1990 (CAAA) set forth a list of 189 hazardous air pollutants (HAP's) and required the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to promulgate control standards for the principal sources of these emissions. The purpose of the report is to identify HAP's that may be particulate matter (PM), associated with PM, or condensible (C) emissions at source conditions and, therefore, could potentially be controlled at the source using particulate control technology.
