This statistical guide is intended to help states that are developing their own Environmental Results Programs understand the range of statistical issues that ERP presents and how program decisions can affect the statistical validity of performance measurement. While this guide cannot take the place of a qualified statistician, it will help readers understand the key concepts so they can more effectively work with a statistician. |
