This fact sheet discusses a framework for comparing costs of remedial alternatives or modifications in conjunction with the optimization of long-term ground water remedies, including pump and treat (P&T) systems. It is part of a series of fact sheets that the EPA Office of Superfund Remediation and Technology Innovation (OSRTI) is preparing to assist the ground water remediation community to effectively and efficiently design and operate long-term ground water remedies. |
