Abstract
This report presents the results of a testing program conducted at the Chemical Lime Company (formerly APG Lime Company), Ripplemead, Virginia to obtain air emissions data to support the EPA's development of the lime manufacturing NESHAP. Testing was conducted on a coal-fired rotary kiln to determine total hydrocarbons, particulate matter, metals, and dioxin/furan at the inlet and outlet of the baghouse. In addition, testing was conducted on a cooler exhaust stack to determine uncontrolled emissions of particulate matter and metals.
