Abstract
In 1940 the Public Health Service made a study of public water supply and stream pollution in the Grand (Neosho) River Basin and the need and justification for low-flow regulation from conservation storage in proposed flood control reservoirs. Presented in the report are the findings of a recent review of the subject.
