This report is intended to provide information to support the implementation chapter in the The Galveston Bay Plan. This report does not necessarily include all funding sources or strategy elements that may be eventually utilized by the Galveston Bay Program in the future, nor will all funding alternatives developed in this report be adopted by the program or its partner implementating agencies. Naturally, each implementing agency is subject to continually changing fiscal opportunities and limitations. |
