| Abstract |
Standards of Performance for the control of VOC emissions from publication rotogravure printing presses are being promulgated under the authority of Section 111 of the Clean Air Act. These standards would apply only to presses printing saleable products and for which construction or modification began on or after the date of proposal of the regulation. This document contains a summary of public comments, EPA responses, and a discussion of differences between the proposed and promulgated standards of performance. |
