Abstract |
The report presents the results of the investigation of the effects of dispensing rates and fuel nozzle geometries on motor vehicle refueling emissions. It also supports EPA's proposal to regulate in-use dispensing rates and further study the need for some form of gasoline nozzle standardization. |
