| Abstract |
The decision document presents the selected remedial action for ground water contamination at the Radiation Technology Incorporated site. The remedy presented in this document provides for the restoration of the contaminated ground water to the more stringent of the federal and New Jersey Safe Drinking Water Act Maximum Contaminant Levels (MCLs) and the New Jersey Ground Water Quality Standards. The need for remediation of contaminant sources will be addressed in a subsequent decision document. |
