| Abstract |
The question of the effectiveness of tall stacks has become an increasingly important subject for several reasons, which are keyed strongly to the rapidly growing energy demands in the U.S. and abroad. This report addresses this subject by presenting a review of literature pertinent to tall stacks, and by assessing the potential effects of their large-scale implementation. A comprehensive annotated bibliography is included as an appendix to the report. |
