Abstract
The decision document (Record of Decision) presents the selected remedial action for the Woolfolk Chemical Works Site, Fort Valley, Georgia. The operable unit (OU) is the first of two planned units at the Woolfolk Site. OU No. 1 will address contamination of the groundwater while OU No. 2 will address contamination of soils, surface/storm water, structures, sediment, and air.

Contents Notes
ROD for a former producer and packager of organic and inorganic insecticides. Arsenic contamination was found in the soil of residences near the site. Remedial action addresses 1st out of 2 OU's. Remedy: Groundwater extraction and treatment, discharging to a POTW.
