| Abstract |
The OWPE Controlled Correspondence Unit (CCU) coordinates the OWPE review of litigation and settlement referrals by logging in all packages received and tracking those requiring OWPE concurrence or a written response. OWPE coordinates directly with Office of Enforcement (OE) staff on case-specific issues; however, the OWPE CCU remains the conduit for formal transmittal of packages for review and written responses. |
