| Abstract |
The purpose of this study is as follows: Determine present water use and estimate future water requirements; Determine capabilities and suitabilities of existing and potential water resources to meet current and future needs; Estimate the effect of present and future return flows on the quality of waters in the basin; and Determine the need for and value of storage in Federal reservoir projects for water supply and/or water quality control. The area studies includes San Miguel and Guadalupe Counties in northeastern New Mexico. (Author) |
