Abstract
The investigation was undertaken by the Federal Water Pollution Control Administration to determine the potential need for municipal and industrial water supply and the need for and value of storage in the proposed Southwest Idaho Water Development Project, Weisner River Division, Council and Main Weiser Units, Idaho, for water quality control. Water requirements were examined for areas within Washington and Adams Counties, Idaho. Future needs were projected to the year 1980, 2000, and 2020. An economic base study and forecast of future population and industrial growth was prepared for this purpose and is summarized in this report.
