Abstract
The report contains the ordinance and code regulating eating and drinking establishments which is recommended by the U. S. Public Health Service for adoption by States, municipalities, and health districts in order to encourage a greater uniformity and a higher level of excellence in the sanitary control of eating and drinking establishments.
