| Abstract |
The publication represents the efforts of waste technologists and others of the Dairy Industry to develop a concise practical Guide for milk plant operating and design personnel. It emphasizes the appreciable reduction of waste which can be accomplished through waste prevention measures which can be carried out within the processing plant. Practical methods of carrying out such waste saving measures are described. |
