Abstract
The report assesses the potential consequences of accidents involving flammable chemicals. The analysis includes the identification and evaluation of existing listing and classification systems, along with any applicable criteria; review of existing regulation and codes dealing with flammable materials; analysis of histories of accidents involving flammable substances; and modeling potential consequences of fires and explosions of flammable substances.
