| Abstract |
This report covers Fiscal Year 2005 Superfund-related activity of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Office of Inspector General (OIG). The Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act of 1986 requires the OIG to annually audit the Superfund program and report the results to Congress. The following summary of our Fiscal Year 2005 financial statement audit relates to all findings resulting from our audit of EPA's financial statements, including those of the Hazardous Substance Superfund Trust Fund. |
