| Abstract |
This volume summarizes the information contained in the two volumes dealing with the Metro Denver Sludge Management Plan. The summary describes the problems with current Metro Denver sludge handling that led up to the current plan. A brief description of the proposed sludge recycling project is presented. The summary then highlights the primary impacts of the project. A final section contains a definition of the thirty-one issues considered to be the most significant about this project. These issues are discussed and resolved in Volume II of this EIS. The summary presents the main conclusions regarding these issues. |
