| Abstract |
The General Accounting Office has examined into the Federal Water Quality Administration (FWQA) policy of awarding grants to municipalities to assist in financing the construction of waste treatment facilities for treatment of substantial quantities of industrial wastes. The review was directed primarily to obtaining information which would show the number and amounts of grants awarded. |
