Abstract |
This document describes the Oklahoma Coordinate System (OCS), a single-zone coordinate system covering the State of Oklahoma. This is intended to be a comprehensive manual on the system, including the provision of tables and formulas necessary to relate OCS coordinates to other coordinate systems used in Oklahoma. The coordinate system and accompanying materials and User's Guide were developed to aid State and local air quality control personnel in their work aimed at improving and maintaining air quality within Oklahoma. Listings of computer software are provided. |
