Abstract |
The objective of this review of the Global Change Research Program was to evaluate the relevance, quality, performance, scientific leadership, and resources of the Program. It was conducted by a subcommittee established by the Board of Scientific Counselors (BOSC) of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) Office of Research and Development (ORD). The Global Change Subcommittee responded to a series of questions organized around two fundamental questions: 1. Is the Program engaged in the 'right work'. 2. Does the Program conduct its research and assessment activities 'well'. |
